British Kebab Awards founder Ibrahim Doğuş’s inspiration is more than just what its name suggests, as the institution, which is organized in collaboration with CEFTUS – Centre for Turkey Studies, has created not just a culinary competition but an opportunity for catering entrepreneurs, politicians and representatives of the British hospitality and catering industry to meet. The British Kebab Awards are already in their 15th year and this year include 22 different categories.
